What would you put on this wall?

Between my 'man door' and the overhead door there is a small section of wall that is 29" wide . I originally had my welder there, but I didn't use it often enough to justify walking around it all the time. Now that I am redesigning the shop, I am looking for ideas as to what you would put there?

Spare oxygen and acetylene bottles secured to the wall, or a waste oil drum...with and air and/or electric rell mounted on the wall above. just what I would do.......best of luck.

Maybe an air compressor because it's close to the door for when you need to air a tire up in the driveway.

Broom closet. I built on on a short wall and it was surprising what I kept in there. It was 12" deep and 16" wide. I kept the hand broom, push broom, 6' levels, 4' level and other misc. long stuff that you don't know what to do with.

I have the same thing gioing on in my shop. I mounted my plazma cutter on a shelf that is 6' above the floor and put my floor base drill press below it. IIRC I onlyh had 24" to work with. It works great for me.

Make sure you have an outlet there.

Then you can hang an electric leaf blower along side your coat and the fire extinguisher.
When it right there and easy to get at you will be surprised how often you grab it to blow off the floor and get light snow off the driveway or cars left outside.

I *DO* have an outlet there already.

Right now I have a first aid station there, along with a light switch and the GDO control.

I like the idea of a narrow shelf or cabinet and a wall-mounted vacuum. I also like the leaf-blower idea.
