Looking at some cheap lights and wondering what kind of layout I should do. The garage is 30’x30’. With these light should I go 3 rows of 3 and have a few spares or 3 rows of 4 or 4 rows of 3? I know these are cheap **** and won’t last. The add shows pack of eight but I’m getting the pack of twelve.

Didn’t think of this. Should I shoot for 4500 or lower?
If you are older I vote the 5000. 4 rows of three should light up the world in a 30x30. That puts the end of the rows 3 feet or less from the wall and the rows a bit less than 6 feet or so apart. The lights I used in my barn from Harbor Freight have individual pull chain switches. With that I control all with a wall switch and can turn off individual lights as needed. If you don’t hang all 12 you have to store the rest somewhere anyway.

I’m thinking maybe these.
