Car lift Identification

Trying to ID this lift. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Narrows it down to US made and older (15 plus?)

I was told a company in Oklahoma made it, but had gone out of business. Not sure what's it's rated for. At most I'll be lifting 1/2 ton truck.

I'll vote Rotary since that is what it says on the lift pads.

Should have mentioned, I contacted Rotary and they said no. Someone must have added those.

Mohawk and Titan are two that have similar arm designs as the one pictured. Looks like it was blue at one time, Bendpack and Forward use blue and yellow color schemes.

The guseted trolly braces reminds me of Autolifters of America 2 post lifts

I have an autolifters myself. It's possible they made something like this, but nothing on it looks quite like mine.
