I was told a company in Oklahoma made it, but had gone out of business. Not sure what's it's rated for. At most I'll be lifting 1/2 ton truck.

Should have mentioned, I contacted Rotary and they said no. Someone must have added those.

Mohawk and Titan are two that have similar arm designs as the one pictured. Looks like it was blue at one time, Bendpack and Forward use blue and yellow color schemes.
