I spoke with a woman today she offered me the sale price. I said sure can you email me and we can discuss. She said I had to buy today i said fine but please email and I will email back. Well I emailed at 1:30. No response and I called three times and waied on hold for 20 minutes well I did paperwork at home. I own a surgery center and my people answer immediately.

I needed the email b/c she hadn't run the quote yet. She said she would LMK. I am just tied of calling companies and being put on hold or having to leave a message and they don't call back. I make sure the phones are answered by a person at my company.

It's not an "Odd Thread". It's more of venting where companies no longer have a person who answers the phone unless you get lucky.
