Well I emailed at 1:30. No response and I called three times and waied on hold for 20 minutes well I did paperwork at home. I own a surgery center and my people answer immediately.

Rule #1 - never beg people to take your money.
I needed the email b/c she hadn't run the quote yet. She said she would LMK. I am just tied of calling companies and being put on hold or having to leave a message and they don't call back. I make sure the phones are answered by a person at my company.
It's not an "Odd Thread". It's more of venting where companies no longer have a person who answers the phone unless you get lucky.

I've seen weird threads but nothing like this, RaceDeck has a quality product, but like ANY construction material, it takes a bit to get it all lined up.... and I reread the first post and am wondering, um, well....
