Just ordered mine for instore pick up. Less than $7.

Me too, for less than $7.00 if it save me once it will be worth it. Although, I'm not sure it buys me anything a pair or vise grips or a Dremel wouldn't get me past. Good excuse to go by sears to check the clearance tables.

Not sure it this was posted, but yesterday, I picked up a pair of Bosch 4.5" 6 Amp grinders including cutting/grinding discs. The 2 pack of grinders was listed at $79.99 (in-store), with my 10% veterans discount, it worked out to $72. I do not see it on HD's website, might be an in-store only thing.

The link below is for Amazon's item (same part number), but if you wanted to look at the item/description.

Happy grinding.

PS: They are made in China

Ok. I bought the Nipp pliers, nice as hell. Thank you. Then I called Grainger to see if they had any Plasmas in stock--no deal. I don't even need one but what the hell I thought I'd check into it. Now that drier--need one of those for my new compressor--on it.

This is becoming an expensive thread for me. I may have to opt out of the instant notification before I go broke.

How about one of these:

Plus some cotter pins:

http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/we...--OE-Solutions_3490270-P_N4006D_A|GRP2037____

Equals a nice 2.5 hp, 6 gallon tire inflator for $60 that normally sells for $130. That is if you pick up at the store. I know, no online picture... but hey, if you don't like it, return it and only be out a trip to AA.

Horsepower: 2.5
CFM Rating: 4.3CFM@40PSI, 3.5CFM@90PSI
Tank Size (gallons): 6
Tank Size (ounces): 317.50

Configuration: Induction motor
Single- or Dual-Stage: Single-Stage

Ive used a harbor freight grinder and I would rather slam my wiener in a car door than do it again. Slows if you push into the work too hard, noisy as hell, vibration from hell, just Complete junk, it lasted less than 2 hours of use before it gave up the smoke.

I can deal with some things from HF but there is nothing worse than using a bad tool.

It wasnt worth the gas to drive up there and get it replaced

This is surprising to me as I had the opposite experience with my HF grinder. I've got the one with the blue housing that sometimes goes on sale for $10. I don't disagree that it vibrates and is noisy as hell, but I've beat on mine pretty good for the last 3 or so years, and it's still kicking. I don't trust the cutoff wheels from HF tho, had one shatter once and knock the goggles right off my face. Also a good pair of gloves and good hearing protection help with the vibration and noise. I'd say I definitely got my $10 worth out of it tho

I agree, maybe they are like alot of HF products, you get a really good one or a really bad one. Mine cut through this hunk of railroad scrap steel for my press brake project:

I went through a couple of Norton cutoff disks, but the grinder held up great.

You have been charged for the following items shipped today:

Wilmar W1132-30 30 Piece Mini Plier Bowl
Sold by: Tool King
Condition: new
Quantity: 1
$1.99 each
Item subtotal: $1.99

I've never had to return anything to Amazon. Who do you contact? Amazon or Tool King?

I've also gotten a dozen SPAM emails since I ordered this item.

Call their customer service line. They're very helpful. There should be a return label they'll have you print to return it once you call them. They'll either ship you another item with all included or return your funds after a few days. I had one item they kept sending me with the same part number as a Gearwrench tool. After sending the same wrong part two times I just asked for a refund and they did it. I've had to do their return service two or three times. On all occasions I've had no problems.

Yeah, i got the following email from them, and get to keep the single pliers:

ank you for your order with Tool King. Unfortunately, when Amazon pulled the UPC code to list they lumped ours in with the other ones they had with a similar description. We do not have the Wilmar W1132-30 30 Piece Mini Plier Bowl in our warehouse to ship. What we do have is what we shipped you. Performance W1132-30 Mini Plier. I am so sorry for an inconvenience this may have caused. We have refunded your order in full. Please feel free to keep the item we shipped.
Thank you for your patience,
Jessica with Tool King Customer Support

I am not totally disappointed.

I slapped one of the $10 HF angle grinders into a vise with a very stiff wire brush and proceeded to strip rust off a whole bunch on suspension parts. Yes, it was crazy noisy and required ear protection (as well as eyes and face) but that little ****** put up with hours of abuse without batting an eye. I'm still finding shards of metal brush through my garage/

Another amazing thing about HF, even though you pay next to nothing… they are really flexible on their return/exchange policy. I hear they are starting to tighten it, but they haven’t denied me without a receipt yet. Something craps out, just take it back.

Doesn’t hurt to have a store 500 yards from work either ;)

I didn't get the pdf, but in the email I got you can "click here to print coupon" which leads to the pdf.

Be aware that pep boys uses the rebate thing a lot, so you guys may want to ask if using the coupon will void the rebate.

Do they have pep boys in NJ?
