Between my wife and I we got 3 on different computers and different people on one computer. Put all $60 in her Amazon account where I had saved a bunch of PB Swiss tools in the shopping cart!:)

.........Then she dumped my PB Swiss and bought slicing disks for the food processor:(

I picked these up today from wal-mart. I'm going to be returning them. Pretty terrible quality. They were supposed to come with a "leather end cap." In reality it is just brown paint on the end of the driver.

Not impressed with the tips either.

Really? Mine have the leather. It is covered with a thin coat of varnish, but it is definitely leather.

All the good deals on dead blows have gone up but if you keep your eye on them daily you will find a good deal or two eventually.
The amazon pb swiss madness treated me right in the past, tons of drivers, pin punches, chisels, soft blow and dead blow's and lots of torx drivers. I could not be happier with my amazon swiss purchases. If i could not have gotten the deals i did, i would not have any PB swiss stuff as it is a bit too high priced and hard to come by. Sorry that ship has sailed.
FYI, the PB soft face deadblows [ the 300 series ] kick a$$.

I was ahead of my time when I asked this a couple of days ago.

LOWE's is now printing out Project Starter coupons on their register tapes. They are $10 off $50. Also got one emailed to me by Lowe's. Remember that Home Depot will honor these too.

Seem to have a short window tho, expiring 1/28.

This post is getting me in trouble. Since joining, I've bought knipex pliers at lowes, 6 Vaughan hammers and the Milwaukee set at HD. Just can't pass up some Of these deals. Thanks for posting.

I checked all three HD locations in my area (all reasonably close together!). None of them had this combo in stock with the bonus drill. So I held off buying (yes, it was difficult).

For those of you who did pop, a couple questions:
1) How many batteries are included? Some online sources say only one.
2) One online source says it comes with a kit bag. True?

2. Yes. The kit bag is excellent. I stuff about 5 power tools plus the charger in there.

I would try calling home depot store and ask for sku 186-400. If the store has a few in stock chances are it may be a 3 piece kit. Also you may have to look at the high shelves. That's where I found most of the 3 piece kit.

I much prefer the conventional chuck of the drill as it's more versatile.
