I sure hope they honor the pricing...picked up about 36 bucks worth of file sets!
Never had a problem with Amazon before if they dont there gonna have a lot of disgruntled customers that is for sure.

I still remember an order when amazon made a goof on a 10 pc Freud Blades pack and priced it for 1 blade. They did cancel the order but gave 1 blade for FREE.

If I marked a hammer $100. and then marked it down to $7. .............. would you go this nuts?
I see the same file set at Grainger priced at $117 .......... but "other" sets are much much lower.
What makes these special?

Uh...ok..
...google Nicholson 22030n and tell me where you can find it even remotely close to 9 bucks....
I'm guessing that the cheaper set is foreign, while the 22030n is US....just guessing, and that's why I only grabbed that one.

Just went crazy and ordered all 3 Nicholson File Sets for $27 and change and super saver shipping.
Can I complain that you guys find these deals? Nicholson makes the best files. Machinist I worked for will buy no other ones. And my wife insisted that I order them. I'm trapped!

School me on the file sets? Can you typically take off the handles on the ones that come with handles, to use with the ones that don't come with handles? Or do you need to buy some extra handles?

From what i see i dont think the handle comes off I am pretty sure it stays on the files that come with handles.

i don't plan on needing 20,21,22,23 and 24mm wrenches all that often, but for $7.50 I don't think it can be beat.

ordered 5 sets for me, I just hope it's not a hoax deal, again.
When orders on a niche product suddenly go through the roof i'll bet their system throws up a flag. A few people might of got away with it but i fully expect it to be cancelled especially with people ordering them in bulk to try and flip.

With it being Amazon and not a 3rd party selling it i think they'll go threw. They'll just chuck it up as a loss instead of losing multiple customers. Here is my estimated delivery date- April 18, 2011 - May 2, 2011. I think they might just be out of stock for now.

I placed an order for all 3 sets. We will see what happens. I do have a question I hope someone can answer. The files that have no handle. Will the instinct handles from Snap-on fit? The ones the sell specifically for Snap-on files. Or will the file handles from PB swiss fit? I know they sell handles on Amazon for these files, but I am curious as to what else fits. Thanks for your help
Pretty sure you'll get 5 single discs. If you look up the pn on MSC's site, it clearly states it's one single disc.

I should know something tomorrow. Just looked at the tracking number and it'll be at my doorstep tomorrow. I understand what you mean about it on their site. I'll just email amazon after the fact and let them know. I'm sure I'll get a call tag to ship them back from MSC since the description isn't rite.
