Got my RJ45 rolling jack the other day for my 4 post lift.

It came with 2 extensions,,,

Was hoping to get a few more,,,and a longer size,,,,,see pic below.

Couldnt find anything on the Bendpak website,,,

Does anyone know where i could find this ? ( also looked at some other vendors )

Does anyone know if they make some that are "offset",,,, I will have an alignment issue with the jack lift points and the frame of the car ( race car,,so the underside anatomy of the car is a bit different than a usual street car )

thanks for any suggestions.............this is what i am referring to....also ,,,do they make any that are offset ? or even "swivel",,,?

69,

These adapters are the same as our two post adapters.

We have them in 3" or 6" so yes, you can order more.

Contact your dealer.

We just developed some cool offset adapters.

I am heading out for now but will post some photos of the offset adapters in the AM.

Doug,

Shoot me an email to [email protected].

I'll send you some spy photos and video.

We are currently undergoing the patent process for the new adapters so probably not best to share with the world.

1" Lower? Did you get the jack modified when you ordered it? Can you post up some pics!? I could sure use another inch of drop if this is the case!

And I'd like to see some pics of these offset adapters as well.. If Jeff emails them to you can you post them here for us please.

I know you'll love using the jack once you get your custom lift points setup properly.

My car has a huge oil pan,,headers,,,and sits a bit low,,,,

I discussed this with Jeff,,,,and they were able to modify mine,,,,1" lower,,,to get the clearance i needed.

He can speak to this more,,,but i think the "newer" jacks may all come this way soon ? Most of the people using these jacks have performance cars,,lower profile,,suspension,,etc,,so maybe the 1" lower will become standard soon...?

The jacking points are the issue for me now,,,my frame rails are more narrow,,,a offset extension would do the trick,,,,

ket-tek, i will try and post some pics for you....

I Hope you are talking about "POSTING" some pictures of YOUR frame rails in relation to the lift ramps. Not the spy pictures that shouldn't be shared publicly here...

Carl,,,You need to re-read my post,,,,,,(for clarification)

JEFF said HE wasnt going to post any "spy" pictures of the EXTENSIONS....(i dont have any of those pictures anyways,,and wouldnt post them here)

I meant I was going to post pictures of MY 1" lower rolling jack,,,,Not any "spy" pictures of Jeff's extensions....

Please post pics 69CHARGEDMD of your modded RJ45 on your lift!

I've been holding off on purchasing the RJ45 due to clearance issues. This might be the ticket.

Thanks in advance.

I too would be interested in seeing pictures of this modified, not that I need the extra 1" but it's always fun to see DIY hacks. :]

Jeff,

In response to what 69CHARGEDMD stated above........In another recent thread, you mentioned that the RJ45 has been redesigned for more clearance. Is this what 69CHARGEDMD is talking about? Or did you take the newly revised design, then make the new design 1" lower per 69CHARGEDMD's request?

I ask, because I need the RJ45 to be as low as possible...
Please let us know asap. Thanks in advance.

James

sorry for not posting pics of the jack. Having some computer issues. It looks like the jack has been modified by welding the side bracket and roller mechanism 1 inch higher on the jack, this allows the jack to sit lower on the ramp rails, looks to be a easy mod. I emailed jeff, requested the mod be done, and he said no problem, the shop modified it, and shipped it.
I will try and get the pics posted, I think there is another thread going with a pic of the same jack, I thing I it's the byb thread... That is where I got the idea.
Fyi, I ordered some offset extensions as well the other day.
Jeff is amazing, great customer service, does what he says, thanks jeff..

Patent stuff is in the works but I just got the word that I can release some more info on these adapters today. Here's a quick video we put together.

Where'd you order 'em from? I didn't know you could buy directly from BP. geusa.com does not list them online yet.

Also, I'm curious about that rubber blocks geusa.com sells (http://www.gesusa.com/BendPak-3-Rubber-Block-p/119732.htm) that are not listed on the BendPak website.

What are the full dimensions of these pads? The easiest place to lift my FJ40 with the RJ-45 is on the spring plates. But these have bolts sticking out the bottom and while a 2x4" cut to size would work, I'd rather use hard rubber with appropriate holes drilled for the bolts.

Hey Jeff, can you clarify the compatibility of your pads? When I bought my RJ I inquired about getting rubber screw pads that were listed for the 2 post lifts? I was told the hole diameters were different and the RJ/2post pads are not interchangeable?

So if these offset adapters fit both the 2post in the video and will fit the RJ's then shouldn't the rubber pads fit as well?

I would love to buy a set of Screw Pads, Frame Cradles, and Offset Adapters if they all fit the RJ45..

Let us know what's up!

Sorry all, I took some time off to visit Clint up in Carmel for the past few days - some desperately needed R & R for sure.

Our…

• standard two-post lift pads
• standard two-post 3” and 6” extensions
• standard two-post frame cradle pads
• and newer offset adapters

… will work fine on our bridge jacks.

The screw adapters not so well because the receiver does not quite fit over the wider bridge jack lift arm.

There was a brief period of time where the two “holes” were not compatible, but only a very short period. The current pin size is 1-3/8” so just be sure to check if you have plans to order some of our two post adapters to fit your bridge jack.

Jeff

One more thing...

For any of you interested in the special "1" lower" RJ-45, just talk to your dealer and order it that way. Mention the special 1" lower jack per Jeff.

By end of August, all of our jacks will be coming in the "1" lower" configuration as standard.

Thanks for the update... Like a few others on this board I will be taking you up on this. I was holding my finger on the trigger as well for the lowered jack.

Jeff,
Is it possible to buy just the sliding arms that are 1" lower to retrofit an existing rj45 jack? driving onto 2x8's to use my current one is getting kinda old :lol_hitti

Thanks
