you could probably use that ratchet to remove a water pump without taking the fan and belt off :lol:

Sounds like you all like them. If the joints are floppy will SO replace it? Never dealt with SO don't have any. Don't want to pay the $100 on ebay but whats it worth?

With the 1/2 socket adapter it makes a handy alignment ratchet. I have three and the other tech still use it today for odd ball tight spots.

Nope they stop selling them in the 80's what I have been reading when the shims and A-Arm went to the way side. In it hay day a whole set went $300. +. Mac even made a copy version of it.

Limited range of sockets and adapters, coarse tooth action, are just a couple of its drawbacks. There are better options out there such as fine tooth pass through sockets. It's great for older vehicles with short long arm suspension but, I would never consider it for anything else but, that's just me.
