Miller deal is no longer on the site.... Both of my orders, will call and credit card orders are not showing in order history.

Check your order status and search by date, it will probably still be in there. Mine isn't in order history either but shows there as backordered with due date on the 20th. Crossing fingers

how do you get that deal? In store only or can I order online for instore pick up?

These are in store only. In my local Lowes, there are a couple big signs about this, one in the toolbox area and another in the isle near the plier sets. There are toolboxes there as well.

Back before ya'll were going crazy over shoulder pillows and arguing over the specs of imaginary welders, jrodc455 posted this awesome deal.

http://cgi.ebay.com/HUSKY-1-4-Ratchet-/130512993388?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e632e3c6c

Husky 1/4" Ratchet - $5.07 (plus tax, for me anyway)

They have these listed as made in Taiwan...I ordered one to make one of those screwdriver handle doohickeys y'all been dealin in...came in the mail today and was a made in USA one. Don't know if it would work out the same for everyone but I was pleasantly surprised.

The eBay product description says:
~Made In Taiwan
~Packaged In China
The Original poster reported that this item was actually a NOS USA made ratchet.

People questioned the original poster regarding the COO. (Seriously, why would someone make something in Taiwan and then package it in China.)

Anyway, I can confirm that these are NOS USA ratchets in excellent condition. It looks like they have plenty more for sale. (I just ordered two more for the kids when they get older.)

Enjoy some pictures of this ratchet with it's bigger 3/8" brother that i picked up a few years ago.

So, it you want a real deal that will actually get, here is your chance.

Also my local Lowes (ZIP 49307) has these DEWALT 12-Piece Magnetic Drive Guide Set for $10.97. They have a $10 off $50 coupon on them. The coupon should expire on OCT 2010 but Lowes will honor them. Must be some old stock they had in the back from last year.

http://www.lowes.com/pd_94040-70-DW...L=/pl__0__s?Ntt=dewalt+bits&page=3&facetInfo=

So you can buy the $10.97 set for the $10 coupon.

Same thing with 12-packs of Gatorade 20oz beverages at Lowes. Decent coupon, but it's nicer when it's on an item under $10.

Amazon has Bosch PS20-2A 12-Volt Max Lithium-Ion Pocket Driver w/ 2 Batteries for $55 with free shipping. Discount applies during checkout.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000PI5EBW/?tag=atomicindus08-20

I had one and loved it, then it got lost or stolen and couldn't afford another.

Year or so later I bought the 4v one for around this sale price and does the job for what I use it for, both great tools.

would love to get the 12v again just because, but this welder deal is might be making me over budget for a while :p

I am repeating this since the seller still has stock, its a really good deal, and first post got buried with the welder deal.

Ebay seller Valu-Bilt has some great deals on Titan tools.

http://shop.ebay.com/valu-biltparts...&_odkw=&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3911.c0.m270.l1313

I bought three sets:

4 pc adjustable wrenches $18
3 pc overlap pliers $15
3 pc lever action (compound) pliers $25

All prices incl shipping and I called and asked for combined shipping and they said OK (only about $2.50 less) bought the items at the same time and asked for an invoice with combined shipping when the payment window came up.

Titan is a "good" brand, seems like same source as Genius, Mountain, etc up scale Asian brands.

Most AAP coupons don't work on stuff like Mobil 1 or brake fluid. You need to buy hard items like batteries or brake pads.

I can't find (with a 30 second search) a complete description of what's in and out.

hmm the advance auto parts coupon doesnt work for me............

Works for me, I put in 3 $58 gearwrench sets to test it and it came to $124 or something like that.

I think I'm gonna fill in some gearwrench holes with this. Too good to pass up.

Thanx! to the OP!

N.B. Free shipping on all orders over $75 to boot!

They are also doing a "Take 15% off $100 AND Get $50 off future purchase". I think that is an even better deal.

20% off $120 is $24
15% off $120 is $18

So for the initial loss of $6, you gain $44 on your next online order.

Um, isn't $50 off of $120 around 40% off?

The catch is the future $50 won't be combinable to any other special offer, so best to spend $120 and get the $50 off now.

AAP deals can be tricky, super discounts when everything lines up, but most of the time other sources like amazon are cheaper even with big discounts. Its one of my places to check the numbers on things automotive I need to buy, too bad none are local to me so I can't do any of the good in store pickup only deals.

True on all fronts. I have several of them local to me, but they frequently don't have what I want in the stores. Just the same, I appreciate the post. Fulfilled another wish list item today: Grey Pneumatic Duo-Socket set 81627RD for $95.39 total, which is one of those cases where everything lined up. AAP now has a lot of GP stuff, for those that didn't know (none in stores near me, but online with free shipping). There's probably other GP stuff that would be good to get from them today if anyone's looking for some.

I went today to pick up the Craftsman Club deal 3pc locking pliers set for $19.99, and saw a sign for a free Stanley high-vis tape measure with $20 purchase. I had to buy a keychain screwdriver doo-dad for 99cents to get up to $20 (cashier said computer won't budge even for a penny).

Still not a bad deal.

Not sure if this has been posted yet or not, but tomorrow (Sunday- June 12, 2011) Sears is having a Friends and Family Night with the standard 10% discount that accompanies it. It apparently also applies to items on sale and clearance.
