That's $10 per tool. IMO not a good deal.
Check your local Sears. I found this set in the clearance section for $4:
I have enough cheap tape measures. I wanted a better one, and this one seems to be a much more solid unit from what I could tell in the couple minutes i've been playing with it.
It has Stanleys blade armor (supposedly makes the blade much more durable) 13 ft of standout and a wider grippy end so you can measure long things yourself without having to say "hey, could you hold this for a sec"?
The hammer has anti-vibration technology (like a lot of the new ones do) and also feels solid with a great grip on the handle.
IMO, $10 for a hammer that sold from comparable brands for $20, and $10 for a tape measure that sold from comparable brands for $20 was a great deal.
Sometimes a good deal isn't as easy to quantify as saying $10 per tool is not a good deal. It depends on the quality of the tool we're talking about...
