Looks like a 'winning-hand' ya got there.
The Grip Latch usually went on better boxes in their line-up, besides obvious metal gauge differences, when looking at used Craftsman, I always looked for the folded box sides. The flat sides were cheaper-built, and for me, less-desirable. I also noticed the side handles. On the top boxes, black plastic inset side handles, were a give-away of being a cheaper quality; the better ones were die-cast aluminum sent-into a hole punched in the side sheetmetal. Some quality boxes had heavy-duty riveted handles and no punched hole.
