Call/internet chat with Sears to be sure, but I don't think this coupon works for power tools on sale.

Thanks to everybody who discussed the Sears sale. I thought the prices were good through tomorrow, then read here that the 15% only applied today, so I just bought the 3/8 extensions. I wish it was the 1/2 extensions that were on sale, but for $8.50, I'll take an extra set of 3/8!

BTY The 3/8 extension set was stamped USA on the extensions themselves.

I just ordered the swivel and the pry bars are great!
Yeah, there nice, I got mine a while back, almost got a set for at work this time, but I got by without them this long.

Just FYI; wish I knew about it earlier. If you are buying online at Sears and have a Discover card, going through the Discover "shopdiscover" website and paying with a Discover card will net you 15% cashback. Makes those Sears deals much more tempting! :)

Oh, one other weird thing on Sears. I just tried ordering the impact/driver combo, for $50. Tried adding the SEARS2011. It knocked off $10, but bumped the price to $60; the net price ended up the same. The Sears shopyourrewards points were for 60 instead of 50 though. Weird...

If you buy two of the Craftsman Nextec combinations, coupons REALWISH or REALJOY will give you free shipping. No other coupon codes will work.

And the Sears 5% promotion this quarter is on Department Stores (says fashion, but it works on tools at Sears also). You have to log in to Discover.com, then click around till you find the 5% deal for October-December. Sign up and you can get up to $15 back from the 5%, plus stack the 15% off from ShopDiscover and it can make for one *really* sweet deal!

Sale over, auction done.

BTW-I was one of the lucky ones that got the original 32gb hp touchpad for $149 but waited a loooooooong time to get it. Had it now for about 6wks, great lil tablet. In fact hp just sent me a deal on accessories too, ordered the case for it and it showed up next day fedx for $19.99

I have one and touch droided it, never booted to webos again. Runs gingerbread like a champ and opens a whole bunch of possibilities since the market is now an option. Super easy to do,just google touch droid, takes all of 5 minutes and you still leave webos intact.

Took me about 45 mins to get it. Got errors from buying it and paying for it with pay pal. Plan to load Ice Cream Sandwich on it to see how it works. Supposed to be fun to play with.

Same here, cleared my cookies and then added to cart with drill, showed $49.99, then I log in and it goes to $59.99 but gives me a Craftsman Club discount of $10? Very odd.

Still on the fence about these since I got the Bosch driver a couple months ago and the battery reviews are pretty crappy.

I'll never forget the B&D Versa (COMPLETE ****) I was so burned on cordless I didn't buy another one until the Dewalt 18V XRP stuff came out.

Man, I was thinking about picking something like this up. How does it run when you inevitably open a dozen pages or so? Was yours a refurb?

Probably pretty poorly. The stock webOS browser is one of the worst I've used in a long time. More than a few "cards" open and it'll "crash" and reload the current page, discarding all history. It can't even render Google search results properly.

If you're prepared to run with (and deal with) Android, it's a steal. Otherwise, save up for something ready to use out of the box.

Can't do flex head, but we can to stubby:

8 piece GearWrench stubby combination set, $29.74

Thanks for the heads up!
Missed the stubby gear wrenches last night when I ordered online for store pickup - I wasnt sure if I wanted to order them online or just walk in the store. I figured the extra 15% off was worth the 3 minutes to order. they werent listed as on sale in store and had the 69.99 sticker. Very happy at 29.74 a set!

My wrench drawer is getting pretty damn full!

well here we go again, I don't really "Need" it, but if I could get it for the $77.5 & tax, I might go for it.

I actually need a workbench, but currently don't have space in my garage. Wrecked 01 Camaro z28 and 3 pallets of Paving stones take most of the space in there.

Heading to Sears later on to see what would be better, a 6' or 8' bench. Seeing them in person might make me pull the trigger.

That butcher block is a pretty sweet deal...especially if it's local pick up... Unfortunately for me is that I already have one on my tool box and I don't space in the garage for one. For $100 or less... I wonder what kind of wood that is...if it's soft wood...maybe not so good of a deal...

Wow...maybe to pass on this deal and the pry bars :)

Did anyone else try the 12v Driver/Drill combo from Sears?

My local Sears (Tulsa, OK) is pulling a fast one on me. They report the drill in stock but then refused to honor the sale by emailing me that the drill is out of stock. Yet, I can order the drill alone with a separate order. This does not smell right to me.

(both of my orders are for local pick-up of course)

Woohoo! Just got the 8' butcher block for $99.83 w/ tax and in-store pick-up. Shows 11-13 days but I'm not in a rush.

Thanks to the OP that posted this! It's going to be perfect on my two 13 drawer boxes plus side cabinet (albeit when I rip the 6" off the depth to match the depth of the cabinets and use that piece to finish off the remaining 6").

The benches are tall at 41 inches, but very solid. Made in USA too. At least that is what the box said. The tops are very nice. Made in Vietnam.

Got one SK flex from Grainger on Friday. Others still backordered.

I got mine today as well after I pitched a fit to my Grainger account manager.
This showed up this morning at the house
It barely made it. The handle was poking through the box.

I'm not sure if this is a hot deal, or just an issue with the Sears website. This page is showing a IR Compressor, Impact Guns and big impact socket set for $265:

Ingersoll Rand Garage Mate Compressor and Air Tools combo kit. The Garage Mate compressor (19568) powers impact guns, ratchets, nailers, paint sprayers and more with a 24 gallon tank that delivers 135 max. psi. The combo kit includes a 1/2 in. impact wrench, a 3/8 in. ratchet (15114), socket adapter and 91 hi-vis impact sockets (19568). Wt. 226 lbs. Combo# 11513

It would be, except that's just the impact socket set for $265.

There seems to be something wrong with the combo buy, maybe the compressor and impact are unavailable as part of the kit? But it's probably 5 times the $265.
