I can't tell you everything about it but if you look at the bottom right picture you should be able to see how it works. Rods under the table of the saw can be pushed or pulled to move the pins in & out of the holes via the linkage. Each pin acts as a stop for a cut point.
He has one saw that is dedicated to do that one specific job and nothing else. It requires one blade one thickness. He uses the same type of blade all the time.How are compensations made for different blade thicknesses or tooth set, to retain cut tolerances?
