I'll start off with this simple jig to help me center the mounting brackets on the post for a vinyl fence install. The mounting brackets are what the fence panels rest in.

Here's a pattern I made for a miniature engine block.

Only my second attempt at this so it doesn't have all the detail I would like but it's a good paper weight anyway. I made a few mistakes making this and it was only cast in 2 pieces. I'd like to do a real good one that will have to be cast in about 5 pieces.

I also made this jig but refuse to tell what it's for.

Only because the person who wanted me to make this wouldn't appreciate other people making them and slowing down his business.

I can't tell you everything about it but if you look at the bottom right picture you should be able to see how it works. Rods under the table of the saw can be pushed or pulled to move the pins in & out of the holes via the linkage. Each pin acts as a stop for a cut point.

How are compensations made for different blade thicknesses or tooth set, to retain cut tolerances?

He has one saw that is dedicated to do that one specific job and nothing else. It requires one blade one thickness. He uses the same type of blade all the time.

Here's a rather simple jig I used when fabbing up my Wheeling machine.. Using some CAD (Concrete Aided Design) and laser guided Sharpies, the cut off wheel did a nice job on the 20 degree cuts for the back legs....

The leftover pipe from a rotisserie build came in handy....

I made a quick jig for cutting out a bunch of arched rafters....

Not like I needed to make things anymore difficult....but the curved top dormer looked cool on paper for the garage..... :lol_hitti
