I thought you guys might like these. First up is a craftsman screwdriver that belonged to my great grandfather on my mom's side.
I don't know if you can make it out, but it says: Forged WF.
The tip looks good for a 50 year old screwdriver.
Is there a way to date this screwdriver? My father has some other older Craftsman laying around and they have what looks like a serial number with an 87 at the end. I'm guessing he bought those in 87. This screwdriver has no discernible numbers on it that I can see.
And here is a Jcpenney tool set that I believe my father said he bought in the 70's or early 80's. I'm really curious as to who made it.

Each tool is individually numbered. Must have been so you could order a new one if one got lost.
