Sears has the 12 piece Lisle USA made torx sockets on sale. Were $35 now $15.

I've twisted a few of those off, replaced the T50 and T55 with snap on, no more problems. Not a fan of the Lisle after rebuilding a Mazda 2.3 in my daughters 3.

Is there any rhyme or reason to why you can do free shipping to store on Sears' website for some items and not others? Is it based on cost of the items you're buying? Just seems dumb to allow free ship to store but you have to go into the store to order it vs. just doing it on the website.

Thanks for the heads up. I had been looking at the 2.5 amp model for months now, just had not pulled the trigger on one. Stopped by Lowes tonight just to look at the one you mentioned, 3 amp model with the extra cutting kit. Went ahead and picked one up.

I was in same situation, I am glad that I waited.
I would have bought one without the tools less blade change but now that I have it, I like it.
This tool feels verry solid.

Add promo code SEARS2012 and it takes it down to $208.24.
Is this set worth it? The reviews say many have bought it for $199 on sale.

I got it in store a few months ago for $190 (Was $199, had a $10 coupon).

I Sold the 16 Chinese Ratcheting wrenches out of it for $80, so basically for $110 I got a 293 piece Craftsman set. Its a great addition to my tool box. Its got probably 50 pieces of filler (ignition wrenches, bits, etc), but its got 3 ratchets(I Made sure the set had USA made ratchets before I got it), Roughly 200 sockets (SAE, Metric, Regular, Deep, 1/2'', 3/8'' and 1/4'' drive), probably 15 hex bit sockets, 5 8-point sockets, and 5-6 extension bars.

I would buy it in store for $199, but look online for printable coupons before you go. Sell the Commie wrenches and for around $100 you'll be paying less than 50 cents each for Craftsman sockets!

Yeah, they do seem exceptionally soft. FWIW Lisle will warranty them all day long, or you're supposed to be able to swap at any retailer - I believe my local O'Reilly carries individual Lisle torx bits.

US Jack 3-ton Jack stands reg. 105.78 now $59.50

US Jack 6-ton Jack stands reg. 117.00 now $66.20

http://usjack.com/products.html

Shipping UPS ground is probably in the $20-$25 range per pair. My shipping was $22.49 for a pair of 6-ton stands.

This deal has been going on for a while, but I think it's worth posting again.

Reminder: Lisle USA made torx had very bad review.

One of the few tools that I have thrown. I think the whole set went about 100ft.

They are GARBAGE at any price.

If you use Lisle, which I will NEVER do again, wear eye protection. But not for the fact that I wear glasses I'd be a one eyed jack from those damned bits. I was trying to do the brakes on the 1 tonne Duramax and I sheared 3 of the ******* T55's off. I too have a Snap On one now.

on the iPad, open the page on a different tap. put your finger no the address bar till the magnifying glass appears. choose select all, the copy. Then go to you posting tab, and put you finger where you are typing till the magnifying glass and paste appear. then pick paste. That is how you put a link with the iPad.

can anybody, off the top of their head, give me some good auto applications for the passthrough set? Since I haven't had the apparent need, I suppose I don't need it...but, just curious...
