This building is an expansion off of the original 2 car garage to the right (24x36). Located behind that is a workshop area that is (24x40). To the left of the covered breezeway is a (33x60) area used for storing the 36 foot enclosed trailer, tractor, mower, etc. To the left of the large bays is a covered pad that goes back the length of the building where there are 2 additional open trailers.
Currently there is a list of work to be done including insulating the workshop, installing pegboard everywhere for storage, building a workbench, installing cabinets, building and installing a sliding barn door to separate the old garage from the workshop. Later projects include benches or cabinets in the back of the long bays, and insulation. There are also many landscaping things for the property on the list, as well as some work in the house to do. I'm thankful that the owner has given me (and my brother) this opportunity.

An old willys that we pulled out of the long bay. The owner bought it sight unseen and it needs alot more work than he expected. He said that he has 4 or 5 working jeeps on his farm 4 hours away.
Best picture of I could get of the 36' monster that the owner generously shared with my family to help us move a year and a half ago. I now live 3 hours away so when I'm working, I'm staying in a spare bedroom at the house.

The tractor which was very useful for moving the cabinets also seen. The cabinets will be used in the main shop and probably in the back or the long garage as well. They were stored outside on the farm for a time so we need to clean and paint them and get rid of old animal homes in some drawers. I believe they are all 18 gauge metal, and the were saved from the landfill by the owner when he lived near Washington DC. They are very solid and commercial strength. (well probably not to the extent of Jack Olsen of course)
Between these 2 doors is access to the breezeway entrance. There are a few shelves for tool storage to the left.
This is the main workshop. The owner was talking about getting the black and white tile for the floor, but based on this forum i've been trying to sell him on ceramic or porcelain tile, but I still need to learn more about that/get some additional input.
Here you can see some of the insulation work. He wanted furring strips and pegboard to go on top. The area from the left window to under the stairs will be a workbench that still needs to be designed. Under the stairs will go a 2hp dust collection system connected to a radial arm saw that will be integrated into the bench. To the right of the air return will be all cabinets.
The door seen here was improperly installed and will need to be removed and properly shimmed. Also the 26' scissor lift has been very helpful to have around.
This is the connection to the old garage. A sliding barn door is on the to do list.

Here's a hidden gem that I want to get my hands on at some point.. Just need to convince the owner to let me dig it out, and polish it up! I'll let you guys take a stab at what it is 1st though before I put more.
This is the old office in the old garage. Bathroom is to the left. This man has one of everything it seems, but needs some help on the organization front.
One of the 1st jobs I tackled was getting this F150 going. It was leaking oil of some sort all over the long garage's floor, but I got it going. We needed the get the trucks legal because my brothers cavalier just wasn't going to cut it on parts runs.
Here's a few shots of the upstairs storage area. There is a connecting passageway that will get a door to separate the workshop from the long bays for hvac purposes. My camera died before I could get any pics of the long one, and I don't feel like messing with my phone pics right now.
