Need recommendations for table clamps that are reasonably priced.
The type that works with table slots.

Miller X clamps are pretty cheap.

6" clamp is $45? I want 4 to start so around $200 total with shipping. Ouch.

Check out

www.surpluscenter.com

last time I looked they had dozens of different types and their pricing is usually the lowest or close to it.

Searched for clamp and came up with a bunch of hose and toggle clamps. Regardless, wished I hadn't clicked on that site it's gonna cost me. :D

I use ones like these and they work well. I picked them up at Princess Auto for $25 each.

The term "cheap" is relative I guess. I didn't think $45 for a clamp was that bad. The only issue I have with the x clamp is they are designed for their table which is only 3/16" thick if IRC. It didn't look like it would be too much work to modify the roller to work with the 1/2" plate I plan to use.

Betsy clamps, very handy.

Here's a multi-angle fixture you can make:

Yeah if I can't find a better valve $45 isn't bad. I'll probably go with 1/4 or 3/8".

I just might make some of those.
