West Pier Marine in Port Colborne (about 30 mins from Peace or Rainbow bridges) is a good supplier to deal with. Stock however is almost nil. I suggest you look up what you want online on Gray's site, then call West Pier with the part #'s. They'll put your order in with the next shipment. Usually your tools will arrive there in less than 2 weeks, sometimes only 4 or 5 days. I found that pricing between different Gray dealers is pretty close, so there is little point in shopping around or dickering.
Also, I do agree that buying Gray is a PITA. I only wish RONA or Cdn Tire would carry Gray. But realistically it'll probably never happen. SO I find to be even worse. Unlike Gray there are no dealer stores you can go to or no local factory (for warranties or service, Gray doesn't sell direct). SO trucks are often hard to come buy, especially when you work days and aren't in the automotive industry. I used to deal with a corporate dealer (truck) who went out of his way. He went to work for SO in another capacity, buddy that replaced him, won't send in my order (always excuses) when I email it to him. So now I guess I got to order online, with shipping fees and never being home to receive the shipment.
