old forge tools...who makes/owns them? any warranty info out there? my favorite little stubby air hammer bit broke in half, didnt even know it wasnt a snappy or mac. my googling turned up squat.

So does anyone know if there's a chance if warrantying my air hammer bit?
i would sharpen it, but its a hammerhead one, real nice and short, and it broke just on the business side of the collar. the snap on one is a good 2 inches longer. then theres the real long one.

Mac,Matco and Cornwell warranty their air hammer bitsI highly doubt it.
Air hammer bits are disposable anyway. They get worn down, get regrinded sharp again, eventually there's nothing left.
When an air hammer bit is worn out, just buy new ones.
