This is my first post so thanks and bear with me?
I got an old heater from work that i dont know much about?I would love to use it in my 14x25 detached garage.I dont really know if it works and one of the wires to the igniter was burned out(i think it was the low power wire). So i replaced it with one the same gauge and i want to test it out?Its a 120v type.So i might just hook power up to see what happens? Can i test this without hooking the gas up to it or does the pressure have to be in the piping to send a signal to ignite? Also what else should i do to try to get this to work? Can i jump the 2 tstat wires to try to get it to light?I just want to see if the igniter works before i hook it all up to the gas.Or should i just order a new igniter and wires berfore i even try?Heres the info on it.If you have one or know about them any info would be helpfull thanks.
