Interex, I think I read somewhere that the drawers are interchangeable on the HF boxes? I wonder if you could put the 2nd large drawer on the center section at the top, and move the small drawers down so they match the two side boxes? not sure if you even care, but that would bug me if it was mine, lol

I hadn't thought of that but I may give it a try! Thanks!

I think these are 37" wide x 4.

Hi,

There is so much about this I love it's not funny.

• The small end counter/shelf that is also a narrow cabinet for small parts.
• The round corners.
• The way the upper shelf is angled so small parts and dirt don't get forgotten up there as well as it's probably easier to get those heavier tools.

Is the vise stored there or is it mounted? If it's just stored, how do you mount it to the bench?

The vise is just sitting on a piece of plywood right now. I initially intended to mount it in the corner with some type of quickly removable bolts.

As I noted in my other thread, do realise this area of my shop is more for precision, light weight work.

The vise is so damn heavy that everything I've used it for so far has not required bolting or clamping it down.

My son used it for some firearm work, I've used it for some assembly stuff. I'm just going to play around till I determine the best way to handle it.

The bench has been fully painted and lights installed. I'll get some new pics up soon.
