Maybe this doesn't count since my employer just bought it for me but......

20130319_120544-L.jpg

....I've been looking forward to its arrival almost as much as if it were my own. So much better than the old 'anvil' I struggled with for years. The old one worked fine but it weighs a ton and my job sees me traveling to several different work sites. The new one is barely 7 lbs. Sweet.

My new burnishing polisher. My stainless and aluminum work will look like a mirror.

It's an induction bearing heater. Very handy for installing new shaft bearings such as those used in electric motors, centrifugal pumps, etc. Takes all of the hammering and swearing out of the task.

Um ya...I knew that :dunno: Cool Tool:thumbup:

This saved my **** Tues. rethreading a spindle 200 miles away. Had massive wheel bearing failure on 3500 drw. Even had to get a new hub. Smashed up the threads good and even broke the lock nut. Made it back home a ok though.

It was from Napa that they were parked at. Taiwan. Will have to get a Nicholson to keep in the tool box.

Is that a "thread file?"

Just received set of 8 Knipex Snap Ring Pliers. They feel of really high quality materials and engineering. Smooth action on them. Can't wait to try them on a new project I'm working on.

I bought from Chads Tool Box which shipped out my online order almost immediately, then sent me an email with tracking number. Arrived on top and in perfect shape in a well packed box. My first order from Chads and I'm very pleased. They were $40 cheaper than the lowest price listed on Amazon.

Been wanting one of these for a long time now, finally found it on CL cheap. It's the Fluke 233 and it came with TL238 test leads.

Got these today, have had an eye out for the quick release snap on ratchets.so I finally got one to try it out. Pretty good ratchet, better than the Mac I traded in. And the brush is not orange it's red, the camera was adjusting funny.

I ordered some box art from Epstein's and it just so happened to include a t-shirt, drill bits, and replacement faces for my Vaughn soft tip hammer :D

ATWAGEMAN: what is the purpose of the sliding T? I have been wondering what the benefit of that type of setup is. Thanks

Tap sockets!!!

Once you use a sliding T with tap socket, you will never waste your time with the stupid adjustable tap handle!

I had an itch Thursday, and cured it haha.

First off, this is my first good ratcheting screwdriver, and I'm so so so in love with it. I'm pretty sure I'll be buying a lot of bits soon, and cleaning out several older drivers from my van.

A coworker of mine purchased these exact pliers two weeks ago, in red, and I got to sample them. I couldn't believe the sheer gripping force. Also, I think I might be starting to have an addiction to yellow......

The bogo wrench set. I am the only mechanic at my shop with FD+, so I was kind of the Guinea pig. Again, well impressed. Enough to the point where I will finish off the two sets, and possibly grab doubles in my common hydraulic fitting sizes.

Strangely, all the green sets of these were dirty, but new in package? Only the greens were, which was strange. Anyway, I haven't packed a cylinder this week, but when I do I can give word on if they are a help or a hindrance.

My gigantic, beating stick of a Maglite finally took a dump. I wanted a portable flashlight I could carry in my shirt or pants pocket. My SO rep said this was the most popular, and if I wasn't happy, to bring it right back next week. He's never getting this back, its crazy bright, even in the darkest foundries, trying to see into a belly pan of a filthy Linde.

And, proof I didn't buy the yellow for show. I was balls deep in removing a control valve from a Linde H70D. Honestly, its prettier dirty:evil:
