I had an itch Thursday, and cured it haha.
First off, this is my first good ratcheting screwdriver, and I'm so so so in love with it. I'm pretty sure I'll be buying a lot of bits soon, and cleaning out several older drivers from my van.
A coworker of mine purchased these exact pliers two weeks ago, in red, and I got to sample them. I couldn't believe the sheer gripping force. Also, I think I might be starting to have an addiction to yellow......
The bogo wrench set. I am the only mechanic at my shop with FD+, so I was kind of the Guinea pig. Again, well impressed. Enough to the point where I will finish off the two sets, and possibly grab doubles in my common hydraulic fitting sizes.
Strangely, all the green sets of these were dirty, but new in package? Only the greens were, which was strange. Anyway, I haven't packed a cylinder this week, but when I do I can give word on if they are a help or a hindrance.
My gigantic, beating stick of a Maglite finally took a dump. I wanted a portable flashlight I could carry in my shirt or pants pocket. My SO rep said this was the most popular, and if I wasn't happy, to bring it right back next week. He's never getting this back, its crazy bright, even in the darkest foundries, trying to see into a belly pan of a filthy Linde.
And, proof I didn't buy the yellow for show. I was balls deep in removing a control valve from a Linde H70D. Honestly, its prettier dirty
