I think we are being teased
I am really considering making a car poster out of this photo......name of the car is "Insane Behavior"

I have to admit, I only skimmed through 30 or so pages. I'm a pic junkie, and didn't really read all them pesky words. Did you ever make a poster of that Willy's pic (dead on with them stacks....OMG!!!! Car ****!!!!)??????
thanks for reposting the picture. I cant look at this photo enough. A friend of mine took this picture and it is my favorite. No I havn't made the poster yet but now you mention it I will get on that project.![]()

Run off a few of them and have some kind of contest for the readers of this thread!
That image evokes a 'storyline'....
IT awaits.
IT awaits in ITs lair,
hidden from spying eyes,
within the dark shadows,
IT AWAITS!
As deep night blankets the city,
and streetlights shine down on the cruise boulevard,
the parking lots of the burger joints come alive,
with the sounds of the young and young-at-heart
enjoying the sweet sounds of good old rock-and-roll,
IT AWAKENS!
IT barks its start at the turn of the key.
ITs throaty growl signals ITs intent.
Hell bent for prowling,
ITs loping cam burbles pure evil,
IT leaps to the street in search of prey!
IT's a WILLYS, and IT's WILD!!!
P.S. - $ign me up for one of those posters if you have some made That is car art I'd pay for in a heartbeat!

Somehow I believe there is some truth in that statement! Some of us are still here partying
.
More details on the '64 Chevelle, please.

Isn't the Vette sitting a little high in its stance in the first pic? Will the new wheels change its stance?
Could you show/tell us a little more about the steam clean machine you own?

Thats a great set up with your Bob Cat and the lift on the front.
Nice new project! and sure it will look much better when your team is finished as those wheels have to go!
You really don't much around getting stuck into projects!
That Corvette will look awesome when it's done, and I can't wait to see the Chevelle finished, such a beautiful colour for it...
Today was a day of disassembly. The engine compartment was made void by removing the wiring harness, upper/lower control arms, steering components, heater box, and anything else we could get our hands on. The dirty work is upon us as we are to detail the engine compartment and frame back to the firewall. The frame is pretty rough with undercoating, grease, and rust. Lots of wire brush and sanding is in store tomorrow.
We will rehab all the parts we can get our hands on. I am looking at possible a full coilover suspension. Otherwise we would sandblast the existing control arms and install new bushings. A new Griffen radiator will be ordered, new master cylinder, and brake system. I am sending the motor out to be looked over. Now its out we need to make sure it is freshened up if necessary.
This job started as a simple detail the engine compartment and is now growing.
Mark,
Check out DeWitts for your radiator, they are highly recommended in the Corvette world. http://www.dewitts.com![]()
