You guys got some good stuff!! This weekend was kind of a bust except for the saw ($50):

This was my pathetic tool haul (ranged from free pile to a couple bucks):

Is that an MS 011 AVT? I like mine. Replacement parts are kind of hard to find though.

Good finds by all!!

Shadow, it'll buff out "lol_hitti

I had a pretty slim day garage sailing, pics tomorrow but I scored a big *** SUN Automotive AC training table. It has a 3/4 hp motor running an auto AC compressor, accumulator, and under dash air setup on top of the table. Then I hit a pawn shop with $3 and got these Craftsman pieces below, 3/8 swivel, 10mm combo, 5/8x3/4 dbe, and my first ever RHFT in excellent condition :willy_nil

Nice finds! Two stops today:
First up, the flea market:

A set of 1991 ARCA series trading cards. (A co-worker was happy to see these, as he was Crew Chief on one of the teams). Then an IBM multimeter and some pitted Craftsman duckbill pliers.

Craftsman riveter set (apparently from the transition period away from the Crown logo), a Midland CB, a Halogen Leak Detector, an electrical textbook, Crescent auto pliers, a Bonney DBE, a Diamond 6" adjustable, a Fuller (Japan) c-clamp, 1/2" Drive Craftsman =v= extension, and another valve spring compressor.

Oh, wait...
I forgot something from the flea market:

"Classic by Indestro" Tool boards.

I got a pair of Bose speakers for the garage for $20

No offense, but I'd sell the Bose for all the traffic would bear on C-list and buy some "real" speakers. (Sorry NOT a fan of most of the stuff produced by "Dr. Psychoacoustics". They have had a few truly good products, but most of it is simply over priced ****.)

The good news is based on the Bose corp. really good marketing, almost everyone is convinced if it says "Bose" on it, it must be good, so you can get a lot of $$ for them no matter what they are...

Edit: I do buy any Bose speakers I see cheap, but only to flip. I've made pretty good $$ doing that on occasion. -No Bose currently in the house, and I have 8 vintage stereo systems in the house, operational... (LR X2, FR X2 Garage, MBR, SWMBO office, and 3 kids rooms...) Oops! TEN working setups!

Picked up this old craftsman wood lathe for 60 bucks with 4 tool rests and 3 face plates not pictured but were included and the lathe has the bed extension which I think is pretty cool making the lathe 65-66 inches long. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1370803468.779655.jpg

Today's haul is probably gonna be the best so far for me.
I responded to a Craigslist ad showing a couple toolboxes for sale priced at $100 and $200. They were a few miles from home and the seller responded to my message while I was out.
These boxes were stuffed in a shed and it was a job just getting to them and getting them out,but I believe the sweat equity is well worth it.
The boxes themselves are Craftsman,MAC,Huot and Remline.
To my surprise all the tools were included!! https://plus.google.com/photos/106928859612271645253/albums/5887590825388637825?authkey=CPGnpsvk4s6QNQ

I put all the photos in a Picasa Album, hopefully they can be seen by all.
Here is just a few preview pics, like the Snap -on Section:

There is alot of MAC,Proto,S-K,Craftsman yet to sort and go thru.
Did end up with a 3/4" dr Craftsman Teardrop ratchet, some 3/4" drive SK's sockets.Right now still sorting and identifying.
I plan to list most of it for sale between here,Ebay and Craigslist.
I will listen any offers and can provide more details about anything there.
I am currently trying to get my 16 year old to catalogue, photograph, and begin the Ebay process as a part of his summer employment.I promised him half of the profits if he is willing to invest the time.
Thanks,
Andy

looks like you hit the jackpot brother. those kind of deals dont come around often, but when they do they make up for all dead end garage sale and craig list adds where you come away with nothing. ive hit a few of those in my time but its been a while since the last one. maybe im due. congratulations.

Major Score Alinc100!!

Here is my measly finds from Saturday, before the auction.

Antique wooden saw tool box, tanning lamp(I think, it's infrared), desk lamp and two clamp on lamps. I got a Craftsman push stick and a vintage tube of wax in the middle. Not shown are a small handful of Craftsman and Williams filler wrenches.

Hopefully I will quit working on Saturdays so I can start going out. I am needing a bunch of tools to carry in my truck to the race track. Finally got my car running so now I need tools to work on it with.

I half expected the dude to tell me a guy named Jerry just bought it all.

Just wait until you try to get a Craftsman block grinder around here, there are like four guys from GJ that I lost everyone to for about a year too until I got there first. :eyecrazy::p

And I think Rickster gets the best hauls in the area.

I didn't buy this torque wrench THIS year, but I did get it at an outdoor flea market for $15. Yes, $15. The lock ring doesn't work, and I can only hope it's accurate.

not really a garage sale, but between ebay and CL I managed to pick up a sioux 3/8" air drill, snap-on 20" 1/2" drive extension, 3/8 drive 8" extension, punch holder and a pair of brake adjusting tools. total retail of $485, stolen for $68. that's 14% of retail people!

I know this isn't the classifieds but it was a garage sale find and I'm not marking them up here. I picked up a few of these dual regulators from the tig lady to flip on ebay, my price $100 each plus shipping to any of you guys on here, they are listed retail in my ebay store.
