Hey all. So I'm working on getting the garage set up in the new house. I just installed a 100 amp sub panel just to run the garage. As I understand it the sub panel requires the neutral and ground to be separate and isolated which I did.
Now I'm wiring up the 3 prong outlets for my welder and plasma cutter. So I have 4 wires to work with. Obviously the black and red hot wires go to the side prongs. My question is the center prong. Should that be the white neutral wire or the bare ground wire? And then where do I attach the other wire?
