In Floor Heating Help Needed! PLEASE

Hey guys, new to the forum here and have been trying to learn as much as I go. I am hoping people can chime in and help me complete my in floor heat setup before hell freezes over (Winnipeg Canada).

Here is my garage Specs:

24'X36' with 9.5' Ceilings. Walls and Ceiling all done in OSB Board.
3" Rigid foam under the slab
R19 in the Walls and Will have R40 blow-in in the ceiling

I currently have 4 zones of pex in the slab, 3 are around 210' and 1 is around 230-240'...

I currently have ordered:

Noritz NRC98-DV-NG Direct 9.8 GPM Indoor Condensing Vent
Noritz VK3-H-PVC Concentric PVC Horizontal Termination
Noritz IK-WV-200-1-SW Isolator Connection Kit with Relief Valve
Noritz NC-1 Residential Condensate Neutralizer Kit
Little Giant 554425 VCMA-20ULS Condensate Removal 1/30 HP Pump with Safety Switch

Now my problem is I am actually stuck as to what else I need to order as well as set up. I DO NOT have a water supply that runs to the garage, I do not know what type of pump to get, not sure on what kind of manifold to get as well as I am completely lost as to what else I would need to complete the system and what order to hook everything up in.

So if you guys could please help me out it would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

I'm using a Grundfos 3 speed pump and Watts manifold. I also don't have water available in my shop, so I'm using an autofiller but it wasn't cheap and probably not required. I'm a big fan of doing it once with some overkill though

You say u don't think u need the auto filler. So how does your setup work exactly? Am I supposed to have a pressure tank? I plan on using glycol, does it ever need replenishing? Like does it evaporate or anything. Thanks

You should have a pressure tank. The only time you should need replenishing is if you have a leak. But I haven't been around hydronic stuff long enough to tell you that for sure. Maybe you get some small amounts of evaporation out of the venting, but I wouldn't think so.

I used the autofiller to fill the system as I didn't want to wait for someone with a pump to help and wasn't prepared to spend even more than I had already

I'm quite happy with my setup. The autofiller was 300 or 400 dollars. I try not to think about the bills, just how maintenance free it is

I did not use an auto fill, I used a washing machine hose hooked to a garden hose. I do not have anti-freeze in mine.

I did use an expansion chamber, I believe that you should have one, that way you can keep pressure on the system.

I have not lost any water in my system in a year.

I bought a pex manifold system from one of the on line dealers, most have the garden hose fixture built in for filling/draining. I have almost the exact same system you have, and the same size building.

I think I have the Grundfos 3 speed pump also.

What kind of auto fill did you buy for 300-400 dollars ? Geez even at retail they should not be more than $85.00 . I need to start selling hydronic equipment.
