Hello all - Happy holidays!
First production MaxJax unit has been going through testing. All is well - except for the fact that the lift was painted blue.
Interesting note. When our guys were installing the anchors they screwed up drilling the holes. They were in a rush and did not mark the holes correctly so the bolts did not line up with the recessed anchors. Well, they only got one recessed anchor and bolt in the backside of the column - there should be three. The rear anchors pretty much do all the work. We then proceeded to load the lift with 9,000 pounds with the arms fully extended. (Three, 3000-lb. bundles.) The one lonely anchor held firm and the lift worked flawlessly. See link below. NOTE: The hydraulic pipe exiting the rear of the column is not the correct set-up. They hard lined the install because they were in a rush and no need to quick-disconnect etc.

Should make all users feel a little more warm and fuzzy about the anchors doing their job.
All of us at BendPak wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.

Please be aware that the lift will now be marketed as a Dannmar product.
