I've needed one of these for a long time and finally just spent the couple of bucks and got one. The old lady's hair drier just wasn't cutting it :rolleyes2

Just got one of those too, it is replacing the HF heat gun that stopped working. I like the form factor of the Wagner...much smaller and lighter than the HF gun.

Picked this guy up about 30 minutes ago. Zipped my lug nuts right off. But will have to see how it is tomorrow. I bought it to take bus wheels on and off.

I have a few of the old style, I was thinking of trying the new one too.

At the store with no coupon its 84.99. There is a coupon for 69.99, but i used a 25% off and got it for 69 out the door.

If you have a smartphone download the app called SnipSnap. Can t coupon for anything. Plus dont need the paper coupons with you.

I had to buy these after reading how highly you guys think about the M12 Fuel line of tools.

For a while, I had been doing some searching for Honda branded tools. The only ones I had been able to find were in motorcycle tool kits of various vintages, that only had a "HM" logo on them... Until I found this set! :rocker:

Unfortunately, the ratchet isn't branded.

Thanks $69.00 OTD is pretty good.
I have a fer -25% codes written down. I don't have a smart phone. Its a Dumb phone.......LOL
It just a $7.00 trac phone for when I really need it.
Emergency, or if I am meeting someone to buy tools off, and am running late, to call them and tell them not to take off. That is an emergency too; right?
If I can sell one of my old ones, (there both as new) maybe I will try a new one. I can't justify 3 1/2" guns.

Nice, the stubies are clearance?

Studies where 8 bucks a set. The grip trim tools where 6 bucks and everything else came from a super sale they where having at .25 cents a pop lol.

A lot of the small stuff is marginal. But stuff like the plastic calibers to quick reference you can't beat for .25 cents a pair.

Not dissing on roketa36's suff…

Those are the Wel-Bilt or Grip brand subbies from the bargain bin. Not the Northern Tool house brand stubbies.

House brand are on sale online for just a couple bucks more due to them phasing them out. Klutch brand that is replacing the "Northern Tool" brand are $29.99

On a side note, I went to Northern Tool yesterday. All the "Northern Tool" brand tools had been clearanced out and they had all "Klutch" brand on the shelves. They are the exact same tools! The sockets, wrenches are of the exact same design as the old "Northern Tool" brand.

I wonder why the big push to change the name to "Klutch" when they obviously made no changes in their line up?

I found it odd that the new Klutch chrome sockets were "China" and the impacts were "Taiwan".

Your right they are the grip brand. For what I need them for they will work well. They are not a big go to item for me so I decided to grab them on the cheap. Heck this whole trip was just stuff I was grabbing on the cheap.

New Klein tool organizer! If it was an inch shorter it would fit perfectly in my toolbox, just have to tilt it over to close the lid. My impact driver/two dewalt drivers fit in the center so I'm happy!? More room!! Definitely a bag where you can never stop improving the organization.

Im a bad man ....

Went to screwfix to pick up a new chimney brush and drain rod set as i gave mine to my dad.

Had a coupon for money off and the weras laser tips didnt seem too badly priced and came out pret cheap indeed with coupon.

%255BUNSET%255D.jpg

Got vde laser tips , chiseldrivers and long general laser tips. - already had the general laser tips which i really liked.

%255BUNSET%255D.jpg

Got wera ball end security hex keys as well - didnt even know what security torx was till i tried to take a set of brakes apart last night and found the caliper bolts had the security pin in the middle. Used the hex plus keys yesterday and they really as worth the difference , much nicer fit with no slop - even nicer fit than my bondhaus set !!! ( but its well used and abused)

Oh and halfords warrentied my 10 inch 1/2 drive locking extension. And swapped it for a wobble ball detent at the same time - locking one gets on my ****
Definantly no more tools for a long time now!

If you don't mind me asking, what are the specs on it (size, cfm) and what are you planning on using it for? Where'd you get it from?

-Pat

sent from somewhere in Minnesota..

Pat,

It's 5.3 CFM @ 90 psi, 135 psi max and it's a 20 gallon tank with a 2hp motor on it. I plan to use it mostly for automotive stuff, impacts, die grinders etc. I'll also be using it for a plasma cutter when I decide on one. I got it from Menards, they had a sale $40 off and I had $40 in rebates from when they did the 11% back.

That fuel impact is hopefully going to be my next purchase. Already have the bigger batteries to go with...

I really like the little M12 one, been using it non stop the last two days.

Yea, I'm just worried about the bigger 11r22s if it will be able to take them off. I tried it on the smaller mini busses and it took it off no problem

My MG725 snap on doesn't take off the bigger truck lugs stud pilot or hub pilot. Both should be torque to 450-500ft-lbs. I use a 3/4" CP to take them on and off, its slow but gets them off, and it will get the torque pretty close, still turn it a bit with the torque wrench set to 480ft-lbs. I dont leave it on them hammering though.

Woot goodies...Ratcheting Flex flare nut wrenches.

how well do those work?

I haven't opened them yet. I will say they are rather large though, in general size and length. I will fiddle with them this evening and see how I like them.

My order from the Gearwrench hot deals thread came today.
COO on the stubbies is Taiwan. The tray the stubbies come in is quite solid.
COO on the mirror is China. Mirror is a nice big size.
COO on the bit set is unknown. It came with no markings on either the bits, bit holder or packaging.

I just picked up a Milwaukee M18 FUEL 3/8" Drive Impact. I have already played with it quite a bit and it blows my Craftsman out of the water!

Not my picture.
