Anyone do this or seen it ? I know it could end up being a big waste of time and money.
But if it keeps me busy in the shop its worth it!
I am thinking about building some low profile rear mount mufflers to fit where
the tailpipes would normally be on my 65 Cutlass.
For those knowing about these A-body GM cars there is just enough room
for tailpipes so it would be a challenge but thats good.
The real tough part would be coming up with something that doesn't ****.

I am hoping I might end up with something that sounds a little quieter than
say glasspacks . It would be easy to copy flowmaster type design, but I am not fond of that sound. So I may add some sound deadener .
Corsa makes some cool designs. So does Spintech . Of course I could copy the good ol Turbo muffler design .
Ideas welcome !
