I have always been a shade tree mechanic out of necessity, best I ever had was a shed or a dirt floor barn. Finally got the pennies together to have a "real" garage! I don't have a finished picture of the outside, but you get the idea. The inside is wired and I have a couple of lights up, will add more as needed down the road.
I have most of the tools I need to outfit it from over the years. I am waiting for help moving my two work benches in, Friday my brother is suppose to give me a hand. We also plan to run the direct bury supply in, right now I am running power through cheater cord from the shed.
Day one:
Day Two:
Day three (the Harley couldn't wait a minute longer):
closer:
Waiting on concrete:
Here is a shot from this week, we poured the floor Friday.
Just got my first shelf up and got my cordless tools a new charging home.
Also put up two florescent light fixtures.
Not much compared to some I see here, but for me it is a dream come true. Looks like it will be pretty easy to heat, I used a small "mister heater" the other night when putting the lights up and the rack together.
Hope to get some real work done on the inside this weekend.
Lots of great ideas on this forum!
I will update inside pics as I can.
