I have access to a calibration tool, I just need to know how to make the adjustment on the wrench itself.
I've done lots of click style torque wrenches in the past, but this split beam stuff is new to me. All I can see in the way of potential adjustment are two screws on the side. And removing the end-cap on the handle of the torque wrench doesn't lend me enough visibility to tell what goes on and make my decision from there.
Sending it in... It's just a matter of principle. I can't do it. I'm the kind of person who needs to know how things work and need to do it myself. I hate relying on other people because then I become dependent. If something happens to them or their service I'm SOL. That and I have god awful luck with shipping companies I'm sure some of you can understand where I'm coming from on this
