WWN: i agree it's at least an 8 inch and most likely a 9 incher. i really hate to see it lifted by the chain like that so go save it. also take a steel ball or a ball peen hammer and listen for the ring of the anvil and if you have the ball see if it rebounds nicely. not any cracks welds or other issues and it's a no brainer and serious "yes" if it's not already gone.
hopefully one of the lurkers didn't see your craigs link before you contacted the seller saying you are coming over to buy it.
