A few years ago I built my 24' x 24' garage out in my backyard so I could keep my '51 Ford back there in the winter months. I'd work on the old girl while the snow fell and in the summer I would keep her up in the single car (attached) garage (see pic) for easy access. It was the perfect plan except it left the front garage empty for the winter, until now. I just bought another project that can be kept in the front garage during the winter and kept in the rear garage in the summer. This is "Pearl", a 1929 Ford model A (see pics) that a coworker's Dad had owned for the last twenty years. I asked if he'd be willing to sell her and last week he decided to part with her. I'm planning on a mild restoration, nothing too serious, she has some "distinguished" dings, dents, and scrapes that should be left alone, it took eighty five years to acquire them so I'd hate to lose all of those those "age spots".
