IMG_20141103_244522304 by alxdgr8, on Flickrno i got mine last week also. its the correct sticker the post is rated for 9000 lbs. but your arms are only rated for 7000 lbs. so go with the 7000 rating not the 9000. i have a question for you? i did the bleeding and yet when i put my car on the lift and raise it up it was jerky. so i stop but now it wouldnt go down. i raise it more to clear the locks but still not going down. with nothing on the lift it was going up and down no problem.
Please keep us in the loop as far as how these lifts work for you. I am thinking about ordering one this winter instead of a MaxJax....not sure at this point. How long did it take you to receive the lift after you paid for it?

I used the powers but warning make sure the holes you drill line up perfect with the lift. Cause it's a nightmare trying to ream the base holes the plate is so thick

Alright, another question.
How are the 2.5" bolts supposed to work with this kit? First, I can see why they sent me twice as many, at least 6 of them had manufacturing defects in the threads to where they wouldn't even thread into the anchors.
Next, the Powers anchors have less than 1.5" of thread and the base plate is only 1/2" thick. With the bolt bottomed out in the anchor, you'd need a stack of washers for this to work.

Under 1.2" of thread in the anchors:

Just over 1/2" for the base plate:

So, I'd say I need something closer to 1.75" bolts not 2.5" that I was given.
Has anyone else had this problem? I'm pretty sure they gave me the right bolts as 2.5" is what's listed in the manual.
Your anchors should be in deeper and not flush.
