Am I the only one who is already getting impatient? 
I'm tired of cutting radiused gussets with a cut off wheel. The good news is I can't help but sit here looking for more stencils, rollers, and accessories for the damn thing.. Looks like I may end up spending more in other "stuff" than the plasma before it even gets here. Whats everyone else looking at getting to go along with it?

I'm going to pass this time around.
Seems like a good deal, but I'll either hit it up the next time it rolls around, or just pay the extra when I order it from e-bay.

There's a good thread in the fabrication forum right now with several different options... I'm holding off for a few weeks but will likely order some circle cutting templates before the cutter ever makes it across the pond.Am I the only one who is already getting impatient?

Evening folks,
Just a couple of things to put down while my two young boys are practicing soccer...
Things are going smoother than I anticipated and there's no need to worry on deadlines. I just wanted to wrap things up to keep things more manageable. After the order subsides, I'll have more time to wrap up loose ends, answer questions, adjust orders, etc. do I can make this a "quality" buy instead of a "quantity" buy. My goal is to have everyone receiving exactly what you ordered, hence the reason for the order deadline. No sense holding up the train for everyone else.
I'd like to set the next deadline to be March 1st for payment to allow the funds to be consolidated & wired for the balance of the order along with the final count to China. By then, I'll share with you all the info & numbers. This should give some of you guys some flexibility.
If you decide to back out, there's no need to respond.

How about cutting out the rusted floor panels in my van that are dropping down?
My brother wants me to cut some grates out for him.
I know you can cut sheet metal.....

On the cord Im waiting to see what it comes with, unless its a nice cable likely will hardwire a longer 10ga cord so I dont need an extension. Need 15'-20'. Except for the weight 25' feet would be nice, so would 12ga but I dont know on the length/ga requirement either. I assume hardwiring longer cord better than running thru longer than needed extension cord?
Well I looked I though someone linked a manual for similar unit-often they will show cordage req.?
Im in the process of hacking together a cutting table. So I know what my machine will see a lot of- cutting up salvaged stuff for raw material, Hokey smoke...I pay premium for small quantities of material for the convenience at local hardware, which Im ok with, otherwise its a 30-40mile trip for material. But pricing material for the legs-wow, I came home empty handed... But one of its first tasks will be to cut up an old washer for the sheet, making a chute for the cut table.

I think we're looking at May deliveries. An earlier update mentioned production being complete in April.

I notice that other brands of cutters have attachments available that attach to the end of the gun to allow you to run it along without getting to close to the material you are cutting, or allow you to slide it along a guide.
Are such things available for this particular gun? Or are they a universal fit kind of thing?

Kind of trivial I know, but will these be BLUE in color? I've just seen so many different colors of these and didn't know if the color was ever specified other than the pic.

The second picture is a hole cutting guide. Not sure but my hypertherm has a drag tip so no need for a tool to hold the tip off the metal.

Will they fit our torch?
It seems like it might contribute to a delay, because something is going on there.
But I suspect the delay will be on the manufacturing side, too often salesmen promise but do not see the whole picture.
But we shall see. I expect it to play out in posting here.

The first is included i believe, what other accs. will fit I imagine depends on size of gun/nozzle. But a circle guide of some time think would be nice. One of the nice things about so many picking this up is figuring out what works-what doesnt for this machine and sources.
Anxious-I see making templates for duplicate-able small parts....I need 4 3" 3/16" disks-do I carve them out of plate with the oxy torch and grind for an hour or wait 2 months...

Lucky we got our orders in already!
Same problem here.....I needed an 8" circle yesterday. Ended up cutting it with the bandsaw and cleaning it up with the belt grinder.
I did order one of these universal circle cutters from Swag Offroad. Its not super fancy but we'll see how it works. They have a youtube video of it and it seems alright.

I have the SWAG circle cutting guide, and it will not work with this torch without modification. The holes in the circle cutter are too small for the OD of the torch nozzles. You can enlarge the holes to fit, but I have not tried yet.
It states in the description that the holes are 0.25" and you need to drill them to accomodate your torch, so I was expecting to probably have to enlarge them. Thanks for the feedback.
