was pondering a way to more efficiently heat my 600sq ft garage so that i could do a little work out there. To darn cold here, been in the teens !! plus snow on the ground as well. Sorry, I am NOT good at dealing with the COLD.
read a few post on here about vairous heaters and methods. I have a Mr Heater 35-55k adj Torpedo heater, and that thing heats the garage up pretty quick. Only thing is it is LOUD and puts out Co2 & HUmidity in the air.
I spend most of my time in the garage working on restoring my 1929 Chevrolet. Also looking for something to keep the temps above freezing at all times.
Found this post Great price for a garage heater by pablo94sc and sparked my interest. It is a Comfot Zone CZ 220 it iss a 220v heater, adjustable thermostat, variable output, 3k, 4k, 5k as well as it can be ceiling mounted out of the way. Other perks are safety features for overheating, etc...
