As long as your needs are met by the anemic available TQ available, yes it works.
I have one of the newer versions and an older one..
Having checked TQ output on a pricy load cell made for checking impact guns.. I can say, there ain't much there.. But what is there works and has for a lot of use over the years.
8 & 10 mm fasteners (so 12,13,14mm hex head, 8 or 10m hex socket head) often are not doable with this gun.
All M6x.50 fasteners and most M8 will come out no issue and that is what I do a lot of...so it works.
My new SnapOn CT761 is worlds ahead though so is the primary gun I use now.
The Craftsman C3 Impact Drivers get left with a M6 and M10 impact socket on them, making them an easy grab no set up for those fastener sizes.
