I haven't bought one yet, as I do not have my Max Jax set-up yet. However when I do I had planned on purchasing on of these:

It is just a tube slip fit with in a tube, locked at elevation by a set screw. I figured a reciprocating saw would make sort work of getting the elevation down to fit under the Max Jax.
Just make sure that you'll have a place to properly dispose of your oil. I was considering one of these but Autozone told me that they would not be able to empty it for me. They said that they could only accept a gallon or so per person. Anyway, just keep in mind that you may need to transfer your used oil to an empty gallon container for transport and delivery.

I dunno if you have sewage or septic, but if you have sewage call them and ask if you can dump Coolant down the drain, a lot of sewage plants can process anti-freeze and say it's fine. Or so i've read on other threads.
Me, I'm a sneaky devil. I pour all the oil back into the bottle they came in, put them in a box and just drop it off at pep boys. So i put bottles of coolant in there too and quickly leave.

I have always consolidated oil into a 5 gallon plastic jug. Never a problem at a wide variety of auto parts stores.
It is brake fluid and engine coolant that has me stymied.
