I was hoping for a nos KD but was surprised with a made in USA gearwrench. I didn't realize any gearwrench was made in USA.

Got in a Snap On Ratcheting Screwdriver for warranty, I tried to give it to my grandpa but he wouldn't take it. The original is besides it for reference.

I dont have pictures but I also got a while ago a T6 and T7 Wera torx screwdrivers and a Wiha mini screwdriver pouch.

I also don't have pictures but I got a Spyderco Tenacious (another) from Amazon off a whim.

Picking over the last old U.S. stock at Sears. There was still one U.S. set of metric 3/8" drive sockets but I already have two sets. I love these Permanex boxes.

I didn't like so much these NWS combi pliers #8 and #7, because they are almost the same size except handles.

I would like more if #8 was bigger/thicker at pliers head.

Stopped at advance and grabbed this little hand held tubing bender for tight areas. Not bad for 6 bux

Stahlwille stabil 20's from Jens, I was looking to get some and then they went on offer, at their current price you'd be stupid not to buy them.
Bahco screwdrivers, these are replacements.
Vessel screwdriver and bit ratchet thing, thought I would see what vessel was about, plus the Japanese magnetic level.
Lastly, the PB Swiss items, the first for me, will be buying more as current stuff wears out, definitely getting more L keys and file handles.

Some remaining USA Craftsman goodness at Sears. Pinless 1/2 in impact swivel. It took about a month after ordering online but it came through. 70a250248af1b97cc716df4f7e7ae38f.jpg

Check again. I'd say that's 1939.

Thought I could be wrong. Many times the actual date stampings aren't exactly like the published date codes.

The 1939 has a flat edge on the open side. In 1945 there were "E" and "G" stamped wartime productions like this one that carried no warranty, this is one of those

Spent the week helping my grandmother move closer to family. Grandfather had passed away a few years ago, so me and my dad could take whatever tools we wanted. I was surprised to find a 3/8" SK metric set under some other stuff on the tool bench! The smallest socket in the set is 7mm.
IMG_0263.jpg

Also found a 4" SK adjustable wrench and an 8mm combo wrench

IMG_0264.jpg

Various craftsman US extensions and adapters, and some double box end wrenches, the smallest was 6mm.

IMG_0265.jpg

Some Us-made masterlocks, Taiwan 'Champion' brand impact sockets, and one of those old craftsman ratcheting wrenches.

IMG_0266.jpg

Craftsman US 6-point deep 3/8" drive socket set, but no 10mm.
