Hey everyone, name's Greg, but I've been given the nickname Sandbag... and it stuck. Anyway, someone on another board recommended this site to us, and I just had to check it out!!! I must say, there's definitely some SICK garages on here... makes my 2 car look like a shed, lol.
Well, I'm always out in the garage... either working on my truck, or a fabrication project for someone else, or I'll spend an afternoon reloading some ammo. I have a 1999 Nissan Frontier that used to be 2wd, but I did a 4wd conversion, and swapped a Dana 44 from a Jeep Wagoneer for a new front axle. There's a TON of mods done to that truck, and I can go into detail if it's wanted, but for the sake of my first post, I'll just throw some pics of my garage on here, haha.
I am in the process of rewiring the garage. I don't understand how people think one GFCI outlet is enough in a 2 car garage. I had the builder install an appliance outlet just because of the fridge, but they wanted WAY to much to wire it up the way I wanted it done, so fast forward 3 years, and I'm now doing it myself. For the sake of having extra outlets, I just ran two 20A 110V circuits off my existing panel, but I intend to install a sub panel in the garage, and run all the new circuits off that. I want 4-6 110V circuits, and two 220V circuits. For the immediate future, I am going to move the top cabinet over to the other wall to give me more wall space, and paint the garage. The bare drywall is sooo lame, lol.
Without further adeiu, here's the pics:
... and here's a pic of the truck (which is also my daily driver)
