I woke up this morning, decided to see if the price of a set I wanted dropped back to a sale price, and was pleasantly surprised.

Is it just me, or does it seem like Sears is having a fire sale on certain types of tools?

lol, I remembered that someone mentioned the flare wrenches, so I checked them out and added them.

The funny thing is that I don't see this promo advertised anywhere - just the "buy more save more" promo.

To add on to everyones difficult decision, the double box ratcheting wrench, 4 pc set is showing up $29.99...normally 49.99

I blew my wad on the metric ratcheting combos and the 18 piece deep 1/4" dr sockets. The other socket sets I wanted were not available at the same store for pickup so I had to drop some items. I wish you could split up the pickup location on the same order.

I need ratcheting wrenches like I need another hole in my head...

My discounts disappeared and reappeared. I just kept navigating back and forth until I got it the way I wanted it and checked out.

Make sure to check out the other suggested items show in the scroll screens on the website. There are other deep discounts on large wrench sets and stuff.

Does anyone know how the price matching works? Will I need to buy another set at the lower price and then return it with my old receipt, or is it possible for them to lookup the online price at the store and refund the difference?

Is this the end of the c-man polished wrenches or can sears really afford to sell them at theses prices? At this price you can get the entire 13 piece pro wrench set for what one snapon wrench would cost off the truck.

I don't know. It seems to be coinciding with this weekend's 3-day sale, and might end when the Craftsman Club month ends in 2 days.
