Ok.
Here is what I'd like to do, but you tell me if it can be done safely and fairly easily using conduit.
Left to Right... Junction box that powers both garage door openers. In the center is the sole lighting fixture and to the right is one of the outlets from the junction box.
Lighting:
I'd like to convert the light to a junction box and split it 4 ways and power T8 or whatever for overhead lighting. Not sure if you need to know, but that box is using a three way switch.
Power:
From the left hand junction box, I'd like to run a line to the back wall and drop it down and create four outlets. One for an LCD two for workbench power and one for a switched fan.
