Is there a great cfm 60 gallon compressor ?

Looking for 5hp but 15 cfm or more at 90 psi

A great? Yes, a few but they are probably more than what you want to spend, and not of the proper tank configuration.

Otherwise just look for a real 5hp unit, most of those will be in the 15+cfm range.

There are a few small two stage 60 gallon units that produce 15 CFM. BelAire and Chicago Pneumatic have the same unit, just different color and decals.

Definitely two of the bigger sellers for us. They both have a 2 year warranty that covers the whole machine, even the valves in the pump, which most manufacturers do not do after the first year.

2 stage compressors essentially mean that the air is compressed twice. It goes in one cylinder, is compressed, goes to the next, and is compressed even more. Thus you achieve higher PSI in the tank.

And, a 60 gallon tank at 175 PSI will run tools longer than a 60 gallon tank at 125 PSI.

18.5 CFM @ 100 Psi, 3 cylinder. Quality components - mine has US made motor and German cut-off switch.

Had it for over 10 years now and its been great. Very quiet compared to similar 60 gallon compressors I've been around. My buddy has this exact compressor from Snap-On. It is a re-branded Eagle that is painted red with a Snap-On sticker on it. Came with the identical Eagle owners manual zip tied to the side of it that mine did.

PoorOwner...you are correct. They are exactly the same. They come from the same facility in SC and simply a dual branding. BelAire is really big in the automotive market and Chicago Pneumatic has more recognition from people familiar with their Tools.
