SORRY, LINK AND PICTURE CORRECTED. As far as I could tell, the one I saw locally didn't have the flashlight. At least I didn't see it on the box.

Nice light weight fishing rod/reel combo. Reg. $54.99 on clearance for $22.00 at K-Mart. Shimano ax2500fb reel/Sensilite rod. Medium/fast action 6'6" rod rated for 6-14 lb. line. Reel capacity listed 6 lb.@200yd. 8 lb.@140yd. 10 lb.@120yd. Very smooth 2 bearing reel. Graphite rod has nice whip without excessive oscillation, definitely fast action. Got them home and compared to my favorite old school fiberglass rod, wow! I couldn't believe how slow and bouncy the old one feels. The reel uses graphite components too. I did notice some flex in the mount stem of the reel and some play in the crank shaft when I push and pull on the crank handle, it probably won't be noticed in actual use though. I'm used to my old all metal Shimano. At that price, I grabbed 2 sets.

I can pick up a Matco 4225R 2 bay box for $1618. Its an 11 drawer, size is: L 56" X H 42" X D 24 1/2" bench style box. If it where you, would you pull the trigger on it?

Dickies is good stuff.

I bought a load of stuff last year, and thought I was all signed up for getting a notice about the next sale, but nothing in my email yet.

The packable jacket is great.

All the shirts I got were like two sizes too big though.

Based on other Dickies stuff I have I *THINK* I got the right sizes, but IIRC they run towards giagntic size.

I just tell myself it doesn't matter much since it's just shop stuff anyhow :D

I do prefer long sleeves though to keep the sun/sparks off my arms.

MSC Direct - industrial supplier. Their prices are fairly competetive. I buy tools from them when Amazon either doesn't offer what I want for sale, or offers it for too much money.

They will often have 10-35% off sales, and sometimes, like today, free shipping. Sometimes the promos stack. Their sales flyers are pretty good as well.

My local Lowe's has the DeWalt DW718 12" Dual Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw marked down from $679 to $519. Combine that with a 10% off coupon I had and a $50 gift card, and I walked out the door with the saw for $449.80 including tax on Saturday night. I'll take almost 40% off when I can get it.

Wasn't really in the market for one but when my wife mentioned redoing our walk-in closet the other day, I knew I'd need a saw. advance auto has a lot of gearwrench tools on clearance. i think it was just about 45% or more off.

they have different ratchets (including stubby and 3/8 flex (all chrome)), thumb ratchets, 3 different flat blade screw drivers, 1/4" sockets sets, nips, tin snips, pliers, lineman pliers, t40 screwdriver, socket holders, long beam wrench set and some individual long beam wrenches.

this was in NE PA so ymmv.


also don't forget they have the 10$ ratchets also
