Got my new steering neck bearings and forks back together on the front end of my bike. Waiting on a right side spindle cap to replace the one I have now with a hairline crack in it.

Built this mobile tool stand/cart thing so I can have a work table to roll around instead of just the stationary workbenches. It will also come in handy to put my miter saw on it and roll it outside to cut without getting sawdust all over the inside of my shop. I'm going to add some small shelves and maybe a paper towel holder to the sides of it. It's pretty heavy, and has a 1" layer of plywood on top, with locking casters for wheels.

Found this metal wire rack for magazines or literature that they were throwing out at work. Set it up on my bench to hold the old motorcycle magazines i've been collecting here and there.

Spent yesterday helping a buddy put a 2.5" lift on his jeep in my shop:

Mounted my Grandfathers vice on my bench.

Took the siphon tube out of my blast cabinet to ensure there was no blockage. There wasn't. Deduced its not siphoning right because of the courser media I put in it.

In my case it was 10 minutes of welding followed by an hour of grinding because I **** at welding. Was a nice weekend to be in the garage goobering up the 66 Olds though.

Managed to get the engine, ******, and IRS out with little issue.

In preparation for making a rotisserie for the Jag I pulled the trigger on a Swag base plate for my portable cut off. I went cheap with the vise mount. For all you thinking Do it. For $60 you can't go wrong!

Having rode her hard last night, I put the Outlander away wet. That means cleaning and drying my clothes, emptying out the boxes on the ATV etc. Ordered a muffler, so I double checked if the old one was really leaking (helps me not cry when I fork put nearly $500 for the replacement).

It's a barometric damper. I didn't have one with the old stove but per the DAKA directions, it's recommended. This is the one I bought.

I took an old trailer axle and made a new trailer out of it. Its got 4 D-ring tie downs, and the lights are all wired up and working! Even has a title and a license plate.

I just... fixed the Dremel Rotary Vacuum Tool...

I took it apart to investigate and I think I fixed it. It will cut right through drywall now... It's like 10x faster than it was. I think I might have to stay up late tonight and shoot some more video!

What'd you do? Hook it up to the inlet of a turbo? That'd make for a good video...

yes, that is the way I bought the old trailer. It was made from what I was told is a Model A axle and the seller advertised "a 40-s or 50's Ford pickup bed". I recognized the bed as a '37 which I needed for a project. So I bought the old trailer, took the '37 bed off it, then had to make a couple of crossmembers on the remaining frame and put the tongue back on. I took the platform from another old trailer I had and then reinstalled the lights and wiring from the one I bought.
Its made with a front axle and the spindles are welded so they won't turn.

buffed out the scuff marks where the wife backed her car into dads well she's last weekend.

Got the scuffs out but she hit it pretty good leaving some scratches, looks good from a few feet away.

Nice dividers. Cool part even with the cross point welded, is you could lift out the dividers and vacuum out the cigar ash.

That beer budget should be worked into every project.

Comes with 3 and 4 jaw chucks, side and full steady rests, drive plate, extra jaws and centers and a factory tool kit. Motor is a dual voltage 120/240. Ran it for awhile and everything works ... so, I got a lathe to play with now.

finally wired up my 3phase table saw.

VFD seemed intimidating, but turned out to be simple enough...

standing by to watch a 12" blade get wound up to speed by a 5hp motor after only ever using a 10" blade @ 4hp however... now that is intimidating.
